Sending Autograph Mail Request to the Philippines

Anyone have experience sending through the mail request to the Philippines? In lieu of a SASE, I would have to send a SAE and cash for return postage. I have had success with this method from USA to Russia, Japan, and England before. Wasn't sure if anyone has tried to this, to the Philippines specifically.
