Broadway Creative Team Members Question

If I wanted to request something by signed by someone on the creative team of a Broadway show (ie: Composer, Lyrcist, Set Designer, Director, etc.) could I send it to the Theatre where their show is playing?

Like Alan Menken-- could I send it to the Little Mermaid at the Lunt-Fontane Theatre?
or
Tim Rice via where-ever Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat is playing London?


I don't necessarily mean send something to be signed by the creators of Les Mis at a regional production in Illinios, but .. ?
