G'day Link,

Just PMed you about this! {thumb2} But anyway, Mrs-OrlandoBloom is exactly right. And IRC, as explained by TheCollector HERE, is basically something which the celebrity can exchange for international stamps from their own country so that they can attach them to your SAE or their own envelope and reply. I use them all the time and they're great if you don't have stamps from a different country where your writing to.

When i sent a letter to Orlando Bloom, i had to use a IRC. And the postman said that you put the IRC inside of the envelope. And thats what i did. (Got a reply)
Is that what you mean?

Hey, This may sound kinda of silly, but how do i "use" an IRC? I'm sending an SASE to australia, but i do not know how to put the SASE on the envelope, any help would be greatly appreciated! :) {up}
