Sometimes they tell you they don't, but they actually pass it on to the tour manager, who makes the decision to pass it to the artist or not. Maybe you should give a European address a try. E-mail them. I tried a venue that wasn't listed on here in Estonia and they lived up to their words and passed it on. Good luck!

I inquired regarding passing on fan mail at the Beacon Theatre in NYC. This was their response:

"Dear Andrew:

Thank you for your interest in the Beacon Theatre. Unfortunately we are
unable to accommodate your request as fan mail is dealt with by the
discretion of the artist, not by the Beacon Theatre. We hope this is
helpful..."

It starts off like a big "No!" but then it seems that they are just not promising results. The artist I am trying for is Goldfrapp and they only have 2 US dates, plus their UK/European dates don't have any record of Via Venue success, so I will probably give it a try. Also, their site shows that their owners also run MSG and the Chicago Theatre where they do pass on fan mail.

Any thoughts on the e-mail??
