Most celebrities have pictures on their websites, sometimes you have to search around a bit, but I'd say that the bands would be more likely to post them.

You can go to http://www.fan-sites.org and search for a fan site of the celebrity you're looking for. On those fansites, you can find over 10 000 photos of them! {thumb2} For example, http://www.dedicatedtodaniel.com is a Daniel Craig fan sites with LOTS of photos! :D
