Hi haileebobalee!
Via Venue is when you are sending your letter to a
temporally address where the celebrity will be to shoot movies or film TV shows for a couple of months. {thumb2}
Tha
fan mail address is always valid (until the celebrity changes agencies) so you can write to that address any time.
Now, looking at Masi Oka here I would send my letter rather to the
via venue address:
Masi Oka
"Heroes"
Tailwind Productions
100 Universal City Plaza
Bldg. 5225
Universal City, CA 91608
USA
The reason is because TV shows' via venue is a bit different than movies sets addresses (where they only film for about 3 months, after that, the address is not valid anymore). TV shows run for a couple of seasons so that via venue address will be valid for at least another 4 years. {thumb2} Also, looking at Masi's feedback received, it seems that the "Heroes" address seems more successful.
If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask! :razz:
Good luck, haileebobalee!
