Well exchanging money is not a problem, though they don't have 1$ bank-notes, only 50 and up, and it's not like I'm gonna put 50$ in my letter, I'm not crazy, at least not that much :roll:

There's nothing wrong with that photo. And IRCS are sold in Poland so you can send him about 2-3 IRCS along with your request.
