I always use a black Pentel N50 pen or a silver sharpie, they always seem good to me. {thumb2}

To be honest, I am not very sure about sharpies. Surely they are well known, butyou should get the pilot ones that says the ink would last forever and would not fade due to humility or sunlight.

I think Sanford's gold permanent pen is pretty good. Their stuff is great. Or try Pilot

For future reference you might not want to use a blue sharpie for IP autographs because for some reason some celebrities won't sign in blue because they think that you're going to sell it. It's the color a lot of dealer's on Ebay and such have the autographs signed in.

I have met numerous celebrities but there are times where the autograph I received did not turn out the way I wanted.

the types I like to use are:
silver sharpie (my favourite choice, appears well on almost all surface)
black sharpie
dark blue sharpie

my question is:

is there a marker/pen that is like the silver sharpie but thinner? I have seen people with autographs in gold ink. I used this paint pen once, but the ink started leaking and it got on my hands which transferred onto the item I was trying to get signed. Anyone have any advice on types of permanent pens/markers that's gold and won't leak? (don't get me wrong, the silver sharpie works wonderfully on most surface but just wondering what other pens there are)
