I also use that size envelopes at the moment, and I'd say you should use at least [b]2 IRC's[/b], since you're also sending overseas. {up} I doubt only 1 IRC will cover the cost with the high postage prices at the moment... :roll:

Don't know if it helps you but 6 photos with 2 envelopes of that size weighted 43 grams for me. Another mailing, 2 photos and 2 envelopes weighted 26 grams.
