It doesn't have to be SFM. Hilary Duff sends out PPs and she's not a part of SFM and send signs authentic from time to time.

Studio Fan Mail also gives out PPs for free but you'd have to wait a little longer sometimes. Also, if there's like a specific HUGE celebrity, they'll most likely give you a PP.

I need some help. I recently went to http://www.celebritymerch.com and there u can order a bunch of different celebs Pre prints for FREE!!!, but what id like to know is are there any other sight out there that do the same?
