You should work out where the Jonas Brothers are going to be performing, and then finding out whether that particular venue passes on fan mail or not. This will give you an indication on where and where not to write to them. When you send your request, you should send the following: a stamped, self addressed envelope, something to sign, and your request letter. You will need to have your package arrive between 2-3 days and a week before the Jonas Brothers play at a particular venue.
