You could also order some stamps via inet sites (the usps doesn't offer worldwide shipping atm but you could check out ebay or ask someone you know who lives in the States e.g.). That would be much cheaper than buying several IRCs. What I do when I'm not sure about how many stamps I should put on an envelope I check out the national postal websites to calculate it. All you need is a scale (kitchen scales e.g. since those are precise) {thumb2}

What do you include in your letters?
Whatever you want, fore example what you like about the person you are writing to.

I've read something about SATS or SAST or something like that :D But what is it?
You probably mean SASE or SAE. Read the following topic for explanation :
http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic ... 17&t=14169

How many stamps should I put in the letter for them to reply an answer to Belgium?
Best thing is to send an IRC, 2 or 3 of them. What is an IRC? http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/viewtopic ... 17&t=14171

Is it neccesary to include a picture of the actor/actress?
Not really, but I always like too personally. But a lot of celebrities just send their own pictures. So it's up to you.

Do you also include an envelope for them? (what size?)
Yes if you want a return you should alway include an envelope, preferably a SASE but at least a SAE. I usually send a 9x12 envelope with it, which is the size of a regular piece of a4 paper or a big photo? :lol: Not sure about Belgian measurements.

Hope this helps you out a bit.

I'm sorry if the answers are allready written somewhere on this forum, but I'm still getting to know this site ;-)

Oh! Another question! :D How big should the envelop be? Can someone give me an example?
