Going to the UK you need to use US stamps. You don't need to put postage on the return envelope as the IRCs will be used to get UK stamps for it.

Writing to the U.K. question

This is my first time sending to the U.K. for a celebrity autograph. I have bought my IRCs and labeled my envelopes and wrote the letter, etc. I'm just wondering what should I do about stamps? If I'm sending the letter to England do I have to buy a U.K. stamp for it to be shipped to the celebrity (Alan Rickman) or should I just put a U.S. stamp on it? Then for the envelope to be brought back to me, do I put a U.S. stamp on it? Or is that the whole purpose of the IRC? I'm so confused any help or visual aid of a envelope would be much appreciated :)
