I usually do one 9x12 with another 9x12 inside. On the origianl envelope, I put 3 .41c stamps on it, and 2 on the SASE, it has worked so far for me.

what i usually do is use a 6x9 and put a SASE of a 6x9 in there too with the photos and one stamp on each. one for the sase and one for the envelope thats being sent. i asked the post office lady and she said its enough. so it should work if you just do that!

I use 4.5x10 inch envelopes with a 4x8.5 inch SASE inside(I send my own photos). I put one .42 stamp on both envelopes. So basically, it costs me .84 cents to send something out.

I usually just put a 9x12 or whatever folded up inside of a standard #10 envelope (like the little long white ones your get in the mail). I put one stamp on the small one and two stamps on the big one to be sent back to me. It has been working out fine and is relatively cheap.

Thanks everyone for your imput, I think I'm going to try using the 9x6 inside the 9x12. Save some money on postage. :razz: {thumb2}

oh woops I confused you with the person who started the thread.

And it might because your 6x9 is too thick.

This is what I've done for a long time now! It usually works just fine! The one stamp always covers the 6x9 envelope with the 9x12 sase in it.

I don't do booklets, someone else said that. When I fold up a 9x12 and put it in a 6x9 the mail person tells me I need more postage than I would if I just put a 9x12 in a 9x12
