Unfortunately, USPS (the U.S Postal Service), has closed it's doors to international customers. Your best shot is to try eBay - I've seen many sheets of mint First Class (roughly 42c) and Forever stamps for sale there. Albeit quite expensive. As an alternative, there's also our trade forum here on fanmail.biz {thumb2}

Hello everyone I live in Europe and I'm planning to send a letter to Zac Efron.
My question is if anyone knows where I can buy this kind of stamps (trough paypal)
so Zac can send me back from the US:

Are there also other kind of stamps that can use for America to Europa?
