I got this in the mail about 3 weeks ago. I have no clue who it is... I checked my list of Auto requests I have sent and nothing comes close... it is an index card. was my sase with my handwriting, but that was water damaged and the stamp on it was one that I never have used or even seen before. sase was postmarked GA.
