A few that come to mind for me are:

Immortal Technique (best rapper you've never heard of)
Charles Scruggs (Wish Bone from BTNH)
Lupe Fiasco

LL Cool J seems to be really good with autographs lately.
I also recieved from Salt N Pepa and DMC (of RUN DMC) I hope to have more hip-hop successes soon. I sent out A LOT last week

Most Rappers/Hip-Hop artists aren't wonderful with fan mail, that's why I'm always surprised when I see a success from a successful rapper or hip-hop artist.
