thanks for the responses! well i've checked the thread for venues that pass on fanmail and all of them are listed in there. i've even wrote to taylor swift vv and received nothing. it's like i have the worst luck with it!

I don't think it's just you with bad luck with VV.
I've sent to bands/actors at 20+ venues, and I've only gotten 8 back.

David is usually very quick to reply to his fanmail, so are you sure you sent to venues that do pass on fanmail?

Hopefully maybe they're just taking the letters with them and will reply when they're not so busy?

I think the same thing sometimes happens to everyone, ont only VV, but TTM as well...I, for example, haven't gotten yet about five autographs I've sent requests for, while a lot of people got their autographs. It's very annoying, but I don't give up and I still try to get their auto again and again (well, maybe NOT again and again and again, lol ). If I fail like trhee times in getting their auto, I give up. So it's really up to you how many times you are willing to try to get David's or Jonas Bros' autos, if it's known they're replying...If they wouldn't reply at all, it would be pointless, but I'm sure you'll be lucky one say and get their autos {thumb2} .

is it just me or do i have like problems with vv? i've written three times to david archuleta vv, and twice to the jonas brothers. it seems like everyone else has gotten something back from them except for me. :neutral: should i give up hope or wait patiently? (i'm very impatient! )
