I totally agree on that point. Some letters where easier to write than others, not that I didn't like the person that much or something, but sometimes I want to tell so many things to a person I really really admire and put so much stuff in a letter I have to stop myself to make sure I didn't write anything to much or come off weird or somehow ;)
Those letters make me a bit paranoid ;)
Right, when I wrote to Lance Henriksen I wanted to definitely mention two things - the film "Aliens" and the TV show "Millennium". When I actually wrote the letter, I wrote just a small paragraph about some pottery work I had done (it's a hobby of his), then I wrote about "Aliens" and I discovered that I was half way through the second side of the page
I didn't imagine it'd take that much room so I just quickly added in something like, "I also have to mention Millennium, that was an amazing show"
I hated that because I wanted to write a little bit more on that as well, I didn't want it to be just about "Aliens" since I do like several other things, but I also didn't want to go onto another page in case it was too long a letter.
And of course now I'm kicking myself, I think I should've just wrote everything I wanted to and he can read it, skim over it or just have someone tell him who he has to dedicate the photo's to.
I'm sure most, if not all, of the celeb's will have some crazy fan who writes too often, proposes marriage, etc, and although I'm never going to write something like that and will (hopefully!) never be the worst letter they've received, I still don't want to be one of the one's they laugh at or something!
