Quoting myself from before, it was basically a "buy any autograph". You tell them what autograph you want, and they write to the celeb for you. They stated on it that replies could come anywhere between 5 days or 6 months, which is a violation of eBays terms. Of course, as we know (but buyers might not) replies could never come, or they could get an RTS or an authentic (as in, from the star themselves, not by the eBay seller) preprint, where the buyer thinks they'll get authentic handsigned.

Not sure what the item is but

If they haven't got the item in hand its still allowed to be sold, BUT it has to be sent to the buyer within 30 days.
A paypal dispute can easily be made (for under £500) but if the items paper sized anyone can put a sheet of paper in the post to a buyer via recorded, if the buyer signs then paypal don't help at all.

What was the item? I cant see it

Oh good thankyou. I tried to and got bogged down with their numerous categories and subcategories of complaints lol

It does violate their terms, I already sent a messge to them. No item in hand, it's a violation. It's sad though because that is also why a lot of people are getting to where they don't know the address they used.

Surely that violates eBay's TOS? There's no guarantee a reply will ever come, and therefore the biddee has no gaurantee they'd get a PP or an AP or authentic. They could bid on the presumption its real and then wind up with a PP.

I read all of that and was pretty shocked. I mean there is no guarentee that that person can get the auto anyways. Ugh. I've only sold one on ebay and it was my extra kate voegele and it was to someone I personally knew. And it was only for like 10 bucks, and half went to charity. lol.
