Aha, maybe something like 'maybe my letter didn't reach you or I forgot to enclose blah blah' then?
Yup, that sounds reasonable! :D
Thank you, both of you!
I'm still waiting and plan to give it maybe month or two before I send another request. I don't want to look like a stalker :roll:

Thanks again !
xx

Hi Mei Mei! ;)

I personally always write a different letter, so when I did write twice to an actor, it was a different, new letter. {thumb2} The only reason I have written twice was because I didn't think I'd get a reply (from actors Chris Evans and Wentworth Miller, I now have 2 signed photos from both) or once I sent a present and questionnaire to "Stardust" actor Charlie Cox. :D

I have never said in my letter that "this is the second time I wrote you", but if I know for a fact that everyone else got replies from a celebrity except me, I would mention that I haven't heard from them yet. {up} Otherwise they'd just think I'm a stalker who wants another autograph! :lol: So if you waited really long and all your friends got something, I'd just mention politely that I haven't heard from them yet. :)

Good luck!
zanne

I have rewrote to an actor/actress twice so far. I changed my letter almost completely because I noticed many things in the "first version" that sounds terrible when reading them a long time after I wrote the letter. :lol: :lol: :lol: And I changed not only its structure but also its content.

But because I rewrote to a completely different address each time, when sending it for the second time, I didn't mention that they already got mail from me :mrgreen:
But I think if I wrote to the same address twice I would mention it in an accessory sentence {thumb2}

If you post a request to a celebrity more than once (for example you didn't get any success the first time), do you mention in your letter that you wrote before? Do you post generally the same letter again or you write something new?
Thanks.
