Thanks for the reply :) Yeah I guess I can give it a try, it's just I put so much effort into my letters lol so I don't want it to just get thrown away or anything! :lol:

I've sent to Corey Taylor from Slipknot, who writes for 'Rock Sound' in August, and haven't had a reply yet. It is worth a try though {up}

Has anyone ever had a success by writing to the newspaper/magazine that someone writes for?
I want to know it's worth giving it a try or not because I'm not sure if the mail will actually get passed on to them.
