He is very nice to his fans. I didn't include an IRC, just a regular SASE and it somehow came back to me with american stamps.

He didn't pay for postage for my first letter but I sent the envelope with stamps to be returned to me and he used the stamps instead of an ICR

Yes, it is very likely you will receive an autograph from Robert. He is kind enough to pay postage for fans in our situation (no IRC's/international stamps).

I am planning to write him a letter (the plan of scrapbook which includes message from all twilight fans did not work co'z they do not believe that robert will really write us back.) So fine! i will be the one lolz, i have been fan of robert when he get the role as Cedric in hp 4 film.

I was wondering will robert still write me back even thou i did not have any irc stamps because our post office doesn't have it.
