I have to say my best moment is when I got a reply from Joss Whedon, he's kind of my idol and the reason that I started writing

My 2008 was great personally too - I had my daughter! :)

Top Autographs of 2008:
1.) Placido Domingo - waited 4 years for this one!! I'm so so happy I got it finally. He completes my 3 Tenors.
2.) Alicia Keys - 2 personalized photos (VV) and one said Happy Anniversary Terry and Jenn on it. :)
3.) Bailey Hanks - 1 personalized photo, and 1 personalized index card wishing me good luck with my pregnancy
4.) Daniel Radcliffe - VV- Equus, got 2 signed pictures and 1 index card

There are others that are fantastic, but I think I was happiest with these.

- Beginning my autograph collection in late February!
- Meeting Simple Plan after their concert on Feb 28th (the day I joined fanmail) & getting their autographs! My first autograph of my collection!
- Getting David Archuleta's autograph while he was on American Idol & watching him get closer and closer to the end & getting 2nd place! :]
- Avril Lavigne's autograph VV - my family & I have been a fan of hers since she first came out with a CD like, 6 years ago!
- Receiving Jason Ritter's letter back to me. He filled out my questionnaire! Not with just short answers either. He [i]really [/i]filled it out, with paragraphs and even writing on the back too. He's one of my favorite actors (:
- Taylor Swift's autographs: She's my favorite female singer so I definitely love having her autograph! She's the sweetest girl! (:
- Receiving my favorite band EVER's autograph in the mail, the JONAS BROTHERS! :] I freaked out when I got it! I still don't beleive it's real. (: It is now framed and in my room :]

2008 was amazing for me! I hope 2009 is even better for myself & everyone else! (:

My best moment is finding this site and meeting so many nice fellow collectors. Glad everyone has the same passion that I do.

Adding to some of my collections was good. I added 4 or 5 Casablanca autographs including Humphrey Bogart. Also added about 15-20 signed cards to my 1991 Topps baseball set.

I have quite a few favourite autograph moments of 2008. Every autograph to me is precious so it was hard for me to choose just a few :lol:

1) Meeting Henry Winkler and having him tell me I was pretty! I don't hear that very often :lol:
2) Getting all four Golden Girls autographs (Bea Arthur, Betty White & Rue McClanahan ttm & purchased Estelle Getty) Betty White even sent me a letter and personalised my photo to me and my pets :)
3) My boss giving me a signed Barbara Dickson tour program. I'd wanted her autograph for ages and the fact I recieved it as a gift meant the world to me! {love}
4) Meeting Tony Curtis. It was nothing profound apart from the fact it was Tony Curtis :lol:
5) Meeting Sheridan Smith. She was so sweet and wrote a lovely message on my photo {love}

Another highlight was finally getting a signed picture of Sir Purr! (The mascot for the Carolina Panthers) That's the autograph I've been trying to get the longest. I have been trying since 2004, and finally on Monday I received 2 signed pictures of him and a bookmark! I was very happy :D

I am also going to add my success from today to my list. Beth Tweddle :D She is such an inspiration to me as I am a gymnast also so it was amazing for my total hero to write to me!!
She not only sent me a personalised signed picture, but she also took the time to personally type me a letter answering all my questions and giving me lots of tips and advice. Totally made my year! And a great way to end the year! I am so grateful for her taking the time to do this for me :D

My target to myself this year was to get 20 autographs TTM, so I have one more to get to reach my target, so fingers crossed!
Next year, I'll aim for 50!

. Michelle williams ( Dawsons creek etc., I think shes quite hard to get TTM so when I heard she were filming in Sweden in beginning of this year I took my chance and wrote her, and were lucky to get my photo back signed before she left she even personalized as i had requested).

. Joe cheng ( Taiwan actor he was so kind to send my photo back signed and perosnalized)

. Ariel lin ( Taiwan actress, shes my absoltuely fave actress from Asia I was so happy when I got my photo back signed and personalized, she had took so much time with the autograph it made my day)

. Luke Perry ( Loved his work since Beverly Hills 90210, so took a chance writing him when he filmed in Sweden)

Ashley Green ( Twilight, wrote her via venue at Twilight set )

. Kristen Stewart ( Twilight, wrote via venue Twilight film set)
