I think for the general make up of the photo, you can't go too small, 6x4 wouldnt really work. 8x10 would be best (although I have doubts the pic above would print to a good quality on an 8x10). 7x5 would be a good middle ground.

If you don't mind using at least 4 stamps - go with 8x10. :) (2 stamps for the envelope, 2 for SASE)

If you like to save a little postage, I like 4x6 photos. (2 stamps, 1 to send, 1 to put on SASE)

I like the look of larger photos, so I do love 8x10, but I need to save money, so I usually go with 4x6 - it's really up to what you prefer.

I like the idea of enlarging the pictures so there's less black. Personally, I'd keep the autograph section in white, it offsets things nicely.

Try enlarging the photos, I'm sure it'll look great!

The photo is too dark, but I really like the white box. It's a great place to have the person sign it.

Use bigger pics, so you have less blank space, maybe have the auto-space central, surrounded by the pics? Just looks a bit empty right now. I like the basic idea though :)
