Thanks for the info. That makes since to me because I contacted an agent there December of 07 and they said to look elsewhere,
"as this agency doesn't handle fan mail.

Thank you."
I just assumed that meant this particular person didn't get fan mail through them.

Got this in an email group I belong to, and I figured that I'd share. I'm not 100% sure it's true, so I'm going to email them and double check. It does make sense to me, I've sent to a few people with CAA and never received anything back.
As per contact (12/21/08), Creative Artist Agency (CAA) does not accept, hold or forward any unsolicited materials for their clients. Fan mail will not be returned.
