When you write via venue, especially concerts and movie sets, it's best to send your own picture with a SASE just because they usually don't take a lot of time to look for a picture to sign and send. Some stars do, and some don't. Hilary Duff might sign, I'm not sure about Jessica. It's worth a shot.
