Yeah, I have a few of those. I've had celebs send me an extra photo even though I sent my own, a few notes, etc. Some have kept my photos and sent theirs instead.

>I sent Nancy Kovack a request with a SASE and photo to the addy in the US. It came back from Italy. She carefully wrapped it in a Disney poster, which she had turned inside out, and addressed it herself, and then paid for the postage to mail it back to me. Oh, and she personalized it in beautiful handwriting.

So, I guess it does happen a fair little bit. This of course is out of 174 autographs. So, know to expect the unexpected!

Yeah lots of times, the first couple of times you think "aww thats really nice of them" but after that it really just becomes nothing new lol.

Yes quite a few times. A few examples are:

Beth Tweddle - She wrote me a long letter answering all my questions, giving me tips on my gymnastics
Juila Winter - She sent me 3 signed and personalised pictures and wrote me a lovely card answering my questions.
Jorge Garcia - I wrote to him twice and both times he sent me a handwritten letter answering my questions.
Savannah Outen - She sent me the loveliest message on youtube and included a sticker with her signed picture.
Sir Purr - I'd been trying him for 4 years before finally getting him. He sent me 2 signed pictures and a bookmark.
Alan Carr - I went to his book signing and he signed my book and leaflet, as well as my university book!
Scout Taylor-Compton - Sent me a letter, stickers and a lolly with her signed picture.
Bowling for soup - Sent me stickers and guitar picks with their signed picture.
Darryl Fitton - Sent me 3 signed pictures.

It's happened to me a few times, too...

I sent Lance Bass a photo to sign, and he signed it, and added a signed Playbill. Coby Bell sent a signed photo, plus a hand-written and hand-signed letter. Nicholas D'Agosto sent a signed photo plus a typed letter that he signed and added a few hand-written comments to...and Melinda Doolittle sent a signed photo, and two weeks later, another signed photo arrived out of the blue!

This happened to me quite a few times. Celebrities who send out a photo instead of signing index cards. The best thing I got was when I wrote to Paul Henning and he sent me a book.

I've had a guitarist write me a letter and included a guitar pick he used . Needless to say, I was a very happy bunny.

I've had this happen to me ALL the time. Like my recent Matthew Modine successes, he sent me an additional NINE extra photos and cards! I looked the cards up on Ebay and they are going for upwards of $50.00! I'd never sell them though. There just to cool.

Yeah, it happens on most of my TTM successes. I only send an index card but they nearly all have sent me a signed picture in addition so that's cool.

Yes a few football (soccer) players i sent to have incuded two pictures instead of one! That is allways exciting to see when you open the envelope up!!
