I thought the question was who receives the most fanmail? Fanmail and autograph requests are not always one and the same. Celebs worldwide receive 1000s and 1000s of fanmail letters that do not request autographs.

If you could call it fanmail, I would guess the Pope must be one of the highest recipients worldwide.
