You have answered your own question - collectors would like to have Hussein's autograph because of his "pretty famous name".

no offense, but why on earth would any one want sadaam husein's autograph?! but i would imagine that the value of it would go up in time. given that he's a pretty famous name. unfortunately.

Yeah for sure. I was just trying to think of someone Hussein may be in the same league as in a few years. I'm not very knowledgabe about historical autographs. :D

This guy will go the sameway as that other idiot... Investment that all it is...A dealer would sell this for a couple of thousand dollars, lm sure

Jasonw - Dont mean to be rude but this document was signed 7th Sep 1990. Hussein signed this five weeks in to the first Gulf War..
