kate voegele (ttm) she sent her own picture signed but not personalized , none the less something im very happy with because im a huge fan of kate

selena gomez(ttm authentic not pp) i dont know if you would consider her a singer but she does have some songs, she signed the two photos i sent filled out my qusteionaire and sent her own photo.

hilary duff(ip) hilary was extremly nice took 2 pictures with me(one of me and her , one of me her and my dad), she wanst allowed to sign autographs thou since it was a meet and greet but i got 2 authentic pre signed autographs.

zaki ibrahim(ip) not a huge star at all but shes a pretty good singer, she came to my school a few months ago for a black history assembly, then after the assembly she was signing autographs. i just got her autograph on a mini postcard she had, she was also really nice.

Basically, any band or singer you like, just search them to see if they ever reply.
If they do, I would defiantly try any favorites. (:
Even if they don't, you can always try.
You'll never know if you get lucky.
And no matter what they do, all celebrities are different with fan mail.
You mentioned Carrie Underwood. She hasn't replied for quite a while. So, you don't have a great shot at getting hers...But, you can always try. Or possibly send via venue.
Paramore isn't great with fanmail. Only one actual autograph success, this past January. So, they haven't replied for a while. But, there's an okay chance. I'd defiantly try them. You might get at least something back. In the last success the person got a fanpack rather than an autograph actually. (:
