Hey!
This is entirely up to what you want to know about the celebrity! Try to invent some new, never-asked questions, which can't be found on each and every fansite, but be careful not to ask too personal questions - it might discourage the celeb from fullfilling it. Questions I used in my questionnaires were for example
"What is your usual day like?", "What other profession would you choose unless being (profession)?", "Who would you like to be in a movie with?" etc. Sometimes it's not really easy to think about interesting questions, I've spent hours with it

. Oh, and keep in mind that your questionnaire doens't have to be returned if the celeb doesn't have time to do it (happened to me several times), but don't let this discourage you from sending them {thumb2} .
