I guess they forward the mail as with any other mail that needs to be forwarded: someone puts the new address (the one it gets forwarded to) on the envelopes (perhaps puts them in a box) and send them away to where he is. Robert's mail has always been forwarded to where he is, that's why he seems to be replying to almost everyone. {up}

Hey all i was just wondering how they foward fan mail to the stars when they are filming something. i was wondering beacuse i sent my letter to robert using his uk one and they said they forward his mail to the set of the new movie.
