Tim Lambesis (As I Lay Dying singer) wrote me a 8 line letter

Jason Bittner (Shadow's Fall drummer) wrote me a letter on the lined part of the index card, giving me a few advice tips for drumming (at the time that I wrote the letter I was trying to be a drummer, now I play bass)

A bunch of other rock stars have sent me 8x10s and paid for postage

Carlos Cavazo sent me 2 8x10s, signed by both his main bands, Ratt and Quiet Riot, both were signed by every member, including Quiet Riot's singer who passed in '07 (except right now I'm thinking they might be PPs because the way they look just looks...fake I guess...)

I have a complete pocket full of guitar picks I've gotten

Kerri Kelli (Alice Cooper guitarist) gave me possibly the best gift through the mail so far though. He signed by 3 pictures, sent a few guitar picks, 3 Alice Cooper dollars, added a few signed pictures as well, and sent me a tour promo picture for Cooper, and paid shipping to put the cherry on top I guess

I've only had two TTM responses so its not very hard to choose. Even though both were nice enough to personalize and write a little note mine would have to be Didi Benami from American Idol. She signed my two pictures and wrote me a nice handwritten letter answering all of my questions and saying how much she appreciated my letter.

Tom Baked (the fourth Doctor Who) was my best TTM success ever. He sent me 14 signed and inscribed pictures and postcards (I only asked for one photo) and wrote a nice note thanking me for "sweet" note. I was on a high for days getting that package from him.

A few years ago, I sent a record to Jerry Reed for an autograph. Three days after I mailed it, Jerry passed away. A few weeks later, Jerry's widow sent me a letter thanking me for being a fan and talked about how much he was loved by his family as well as fans. How very kind of her to think of his fans during her own grieving at his death.

The best ones I had were from Sina-Valeska Jung and Su Pollard.

Sina was the second autograph I got and she wrote me a lovely Christmas message and wishing me all the best.

Su is someone I've admired for years. I've seen all the shows she was in and I've always enjoyed her roles the most. She sent me, next to an autographed photo, a card that said "thank you" on the outside and inside she wrote me a story that she found my letter nice and how actresses should be happy to receive such letters and that she was happy I enjoyed all her shows so much. She also wished me all the best in life.

It's still one of those successes that I look at and think 'Wow, is this real?'.
With Sina it's more that it was my second autograph ever and immediately such a nice response!

It's nice to know when there is a celebrity / actor / musician that you idolize or think about often that if even for just a moment they thought about you too! Makes it all worth while

I'm new so I don't have a super TTM success yet, but at a Twilight convention I was getting my photo taken with "The Wolfpack" and I had become friendly without the photographer and made a comment like "oh no! It's you mr. Photographer you said you were going to make me look bad!". And then Alex Meraz aka Paul from New Moon said "Oh no girl you looookkkk gooooood!" and then picked me up off my feet and hugged me! It was so sweet and funny I'll never forget that, makes me blush now!

Cornelia Frances (Morag from Home and Away) sent me a two page letter saying that my fan letter was the nicest she'd ever received. She told me that no one had ever summed up the character so well and asked me if I was a writer because I had such a way with words! As a would be novelist I was really chuffed! The sheer joy that came over was way above and beyond the usual quick dedication, but I have got a number of really nice replies from other Australian soap stars.

Of course, I really enjoy all my replies! I'm grateful most of the celebs I wrote to actually replied/signed something, but since you asked, here are my "extra special ones" so far:

Wes Craven sent my DVD cover back signed as well as an extra 8x10 and a short note!!

Daniel Kennedy (ex-Petey, "All My Children") sent me a letter, which made me feel like he actually sat down, read and paid attention to my letter.

I wrote dolph lundgren a four page letter telling him how much a love rocky 4 and send a poster 6 months later he sent me it back signed To Scott best wishes


Curt warner ex seahawk I sent him a hundred dollar jersey and he signed it to Scott all the best wishes in 4 days.

Dean Collins and Logan Lerman (My two favourite actors)

They sent me an e-mail thanking me for the support and answering some of my questions to them.
