you could probaly value this yourself. first step i would take is have a look at the photo paper it is signed on, does it look old and faded ?, is it dated on the photo paper?, is the photo paper faded? is it signed in black marker or writing pen?
are the concert tickets faded? has the picture been hanging up for a long time? and of course were did they get it?
truth is authentic beatles autograhs are very rare, specialy the whole band together.
as for valuation advice every valuater is a crook, they will tell you what ever you want as long as they get the money.
or you could post it on this site (is my autograph authentic) forum and have it done for free.
it is hard to tell without seeing it.
