My bad. Twi-Con is different from Creation. I am not sure of their policies for mailing in. But, they might be better about it. Let me know if you hear back from them.

Go to http://www.creationent.com They are the ones who run the shows. They do not forward stuff to be signed. Even if you offer to pay. You can buy stuff from their store.

I checked the search, but don't think that there is a topic about this already, but sorry if there is.

I have a question about the upcoming TWI-CON(ventions).
