As with previous advice, check previous feedback for a person/address to see how they reply. Also, send your own picture/item for signing and ensure you include a postage paid reply envelope as this will increase your chance of a reply. If your letter is good and includes content that attracts the signer's interest it will increase your chances of a more personal response. Finally, ask the signer if it would be possible to dedicate the autograph to you. Part of the excitement of ttm autograph collecting is the unknown, and surprise that some replies can bring.
