I'm lucky enough to live near a post office with workers that have brain cells,
Get in touch with another post office,
Someone will know what you are talking about. {thumb2}

Well apparently the post office hires complete idiots... I recommend calling and asking another post office, one with intelligent employees. {up}

I never use IRCs, you could always try trading stamps or buying stamps from other members on here in the autographs for sale forum, I found it's much easier then sending cash or IRCs, only because then the person doesn't have to buy stamps, they can just sign and put it in the envelope

I just send cash for my overseas requests. They only carry IRC's in bigger cities but they cost $1.80 now. :shock: $2.00 is much easier because you generally have to send 2 IRC's.

I've been to 4 local post offices, Only one knew what I was talking about. The last one told me he thought they had done away with them? Any hints?
