yeah i saw the video before, it a shame that he not going to respond anymore

The video started a little bit of controversy. I believe that in an interview after he posted the youtube video, Ringo tried to downplay what he said. He basically said he is still happy to receive mail from "true friends". Whether or not that means he will reply, I dont know.

I sent to him 2 days before the deadline and received a signed photo back this year.

I am a huge fan of the Bond Girls and have thought about starting a collection. He is married to one of the most famous and beautiful of all Bond Girl's, Barbara Bach. I plan on writing to her sometime in the future and asking for hers and his in the same request. It wouldn't hurt to ask.
