If its a band or musician doing a 1 or 2 night show id say please hold for (artist name) and the date of the show,if its a via venue for a movie or tv show filming no need to write anything other than the persons name with the mailing address.Make sure for a band or singer you send it a good week or more before the show to be sure depending on where you live and where the show is.
