I just sent a request to David VV, but the concert is in 5 days. :/
I live in Canada too, and I sent this request two weeks ago.

Hello:
The best thing to do when sending Via Venue is to:
Check their website.
Locate venues and look at "venues that pass on fanmail" topic.
Send out the request (I am from Canada too and I usually send it 7-10 days before the concert)

Since I live in canada it takes 7 days to send to the usa
