unopened SASE's back with nothing in them. Are you sure it wasn't just an agency mistake, because that happens sometimes... I just don't understand why a postal employee would risk federal imprisonment.
There are a few things you can do:
1. Open a post-office box. This is very secure, but it costs money. I would recommend this if the problem persist.
2. Speak to your postal carrier face-to-face. This may not resolve anything, because your SASE may have been handled by dozens of people.
3. Report a possible theft to the police. They won't be able to do anything about this case, but it doesn't hurt to alert the authorities.
4. Check with your neighbors, see if they are missing mail. If they are, something's wronge.
Remember, this may have been a agency overlook.
