Ambrose Schindler (tin man's double)
Caren Marsh-Doll (Judy Garland/Dorothy double)
Bobbie Koshay (Judy Garland/Dorothy double)
Betty ann cain (munchkin)
Ardith Dondanville Todd (munchkin)
Shep houghton (tin man's double) (also in Gone With the Wild)
Joan kenmore (munchkin)
Jerry Maren (middle munchkin in the Lollipop Guild)
Priscilla Montgomery Clark (munchkin)

Does anybody have the address for Ruth Duccini? and can anybody tell me who the surviving cast members are including doubles and extras. I am starting to build an oz collection. I know it is going to be rough but I am going to try. Thanks.

Mr. Raabe died about a year ago, but Maren and Pelligrini do sell pics for around $20

Actually Shep Houghton was just an Emerald City extra. He wasn't the double for any of the principle cast. That would be Ambrose Schindler (who is the double for the Tin Man)!

rest are munchkins, and some unaccreditted ones ive found , im sure theres more


im stuill trying to figure out the board, is there a database of ttms or addys?

Acctually, that wasn't her double, it was her stand in(Bobbie Koshay).

Caren Marsh-Doll was her double, and I don't believe she can be seen anywhere in the film. If it wasn't Judy Garland in a certain scene, then it was Bobbie Koshay. Also, Bobbie Koshay is seen when the monkeys take Dorothy away from the Haunted Forest.

Kool. They Only USed That Double ONCE In The WHOLE Movie...When The House Finally Lands In Munchinland.....The Girl Who Open The Door..Is The DOUBLE. I Heard That On The Wizard of Oz Biography..lol.

clarence swenson died in febuary 25 2009

so Ruth Duccini, Jerry Maren, Olga C. Nardone, Margaret Pellegrini, Meinhardt Raabe and Karl Slover are the only surviving dwarf actors who portrayed Munchkins in the 1939 film
