The easiest and cheapest way would be to slip the photo in a plastic sleeve, particularly one that seals.

You can buy these plastic type of envelopes which are water resistant, but you'd probably need to strenghten it up with a peicew of cardboard. Here's some links to them:

Keeping Pics from getting wet?

Hey everyone.
How do you keep your photographs that you send from getting wet?
(From you to the celeb and from the celeb to you)
I think a few I've sent out have been exposed to some water, even though I put some sturdy cardboard in the envelopes. :neutral:
Should I put them in some type of page protector?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
