Hey.
You will need to weigh the envelope and everything you are sending inside it (photos, letter etc)- kitchen scale work great. If it's under 50g, it will cost $2.10 and if it's 50- 125g it will cost $4.20. Say it's only 50g, you have to go to post office and ask for a $2.10 international stamp. If you use normal 55cent stamps you have to add 10% because they're not international stamps, so it's cheaper to go and purchase the international stamp. Also be sure to grab an airmail sticker (they're free) and out on the envelope.
If you ned more help with it just PM me. Good luck.

Australian postage question

Could anyone tell me how many Australian 55 cent stamps it would take to send a 9 x 12 envelope with 3 pictures in it from Australia to the US? How many for just 2 pictures if the weight makes a difference?
Thank you for the help
