I've made some custom 4x6s and 5x7s on my computer using Paint. It works out pretty well, just takes a bit of time to get used to it. It's obviously not as good as Photoshop (or whatever it's called) but it is good enough for me.

Kept seeing this topic and finally decided to stop in! Thanks for all the kind words on my custom cards! :D In aswer to your question Beau, I use a program called 'Greeting Card Factory Express' It costs about $6.00 on ebay. Below is link to my collection which has many of my custom index cards. Let me know what you think! :D

Since I got my photo printer over the summer I just use glossy paper. It looks so pretty when signed. {??}
