I am 13 and have over 200 ttm autographs. My mum usually pays for my stamps, or I will pay for them.

Well, I am 9 years old at first I paid for my stamps but right now since I have over 17 autographs my mom agreed to pay for mine when I have no money.

I'm sorry there is no way you can get cheaper stamps. I am only 12 also, and sometimes it is hard to get stamps. But mainly my mom is very interested in my collection so most of the time she will get me stamps when I want them.
