are all who ripped me off. this vexes me as they make alot of money and shouldnt provide information for things they cannot do. yes people would say, get a refund....but money orders refunds cost 15 dollars...making it pointless or alomst the amount orignally paid. I was just wondering if anyone else has gone through this.
Thats a disgrace on their part,i have actually heard this about chelan simmons before which is why i never bought her autograph because she should respect her fans more because she's barely a celebrity even.I have also heard trish takes forever but they seem to show up eventually.If they can't handle a simple transaction why do they continue to offer their autographs for sale? If you want to buy from someone who honours their commitements and are bigger stars anyways you should buy kelly hu's autograph she sent me the signed picture all within 30 days and even used a rigid photo mailer,i also hear good things about tricia helfer.

You know 8 years ago, she may not have had the staff she does now, or your letter may have never reached her. That's why I always opt to send a check or pay via paypal. That way, I have a record that they did indeed receive the payment.

i ORDERED A SIGNED STILL FROM MINK STOLE AS WELL AND NEVER GOT IT PAYED BY PAYPAL AND MY CARD WAS CHARED 15.99 WHERE CAN i WRITE HER AT??
THIS WAS IN APRIL 2010!!!! i CANNOT FIND ANY CURRENT INFO ON HER i HAVE COPY OF MY PAYPAL BILL WITH HER CHARGE ON IT!

Im actually going through something like that now. I ordered a mink stole autograph from her website in october. I was getting it for a friend for xmas. Well last week I tried to contact the web team to see if they could provide any info. When I sent the email it came back that it couldnt be delivered because the email was closed.

No, I have never had the problem, but I think you should only pay with a credit card or paypal from now on. If a celeb website is legit it should have a way to pay online thru a third party that has a refund policy. Sites that request cash or money orders just sound suspicious.

word...maybe the "rip off" part should be more like "careless D listers who waste my money" . anyways i have previously contacted chelans agency, and tuesdays myspace...with no replies months ago. i would do the same for trish but sending an email saying i sent you 10 bucks cash about 8 yrs ago wont do much lol.

I sent to trish 8 months ago. I decided to actually vent to someone who can help; the people who run her site. They immediatly emailed me back and 11 days later my stuff came back signed with an extra signed photo.

If you find the info on a site somebody maintains the site. Go back there and contact them. It's not like they are looking to steal your 10-15$. It may have gotten lost, you'd be suprised how much get's lost. I had a birthday card for my 18'th arrive half way through my 26th year; LOL. It happens. I get you are upset, but we can't help and claiming that folks who have made millions have "ripped you off" sounds ignorant.

Trish was prob like 8 years ago lol but the other 2 were at least 6 months ago and arent that big of people n have seen other successes.
