how much is the IRC's for that? i live in the US and i don't own any IRCs. just regular stamps that wont get through in Canada.
i dnt use irc's..i jus use regular stamps...and it always comes back....

I was looking for Cassie Steele's fanmail address and I saw her email, for those who have her autograph (lucky!), is it best to get in contact with her via email or send a lor to her music lable? please help. this is so important to me. She's been a rolemodel and in my life since 2003, when i discovered DeGrassi.
