Where did you send your Gaga request to and I'm sure you are right about the Miley Cyrus situation not being the venues problem, I think I will give the MEN arena another chance and send there for the X Factor tour and report back. Which successes have you had from the O2 arena before?

Not hearing back from Miley Cyrus is really not the best way to determine how good a venue is at passing on fanmail! It doesn't seem like Miley replies anymore period, so you can't blame the venue for not hearing back from her. In my opinion the MEN is one of the best, if not the best, for passing on fanmail

I don't think there's a good chance, I think there's a very small chance. But if you provide everything required yourself (picture, SASE etc.) making it as easy as possible for her to respond, then you'll be leaving yourself a better chance of success
